These terms govern the Babuba software license. They are short on purpose: you pay once, you own the software, your data stays on your server.

[1] One-time license to run the Babuba gateway on your own hardware.
[2] Unlimited agents, unlimited users — no per-seat or per-agent fees, ever.
[3] All features: channels, workflows, approvals, guardrails, RBAC.
[4] Updates and priority support for the life of the license.
[5] No lock-in: your data, models and configuration are yours to export at any time.

▸ run it on any hardware you own or control
▸ build agents, workflows and products on top
▸ serve unlimited users and clients
▸ resell or sublicense the gateway itself
▸ remove license or attribution notices
▸ use it for unlawful activity
// WARRANTY & LIABILITY
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We support you with updates and fixes for life, but we cannot guarantee every future OS or hardware combination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babuba Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Your sole remedy for a defective license is a refund under our refund policy.
Licenses are perpetual. Terms may be updated for new versions; your existing license continues under the terms in force when you bought it.
