Thuna Care Private Limited builds the AI stack we run ourselves. Babuba Gateway is the engine — a self-hosted platform for AI agents. GHOST is the product built on that engine, sold as an AI employee that works inside WhatsApp.
We sell two things, and only one of them is a platform. Babuba Gateway is the engine: a single process that hosts many AI agents — one per department or function — connects them to WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail, Slack and web chat, and gives them roles, memory, tools, guardrails and an audit trail. It runs on hardware you control.
GHOST is what that engine looks like when we run it for a customer. Sold at a flat monthly price, GHOST is a managed AI employee that answers customers, runs daily operations, writes to the books and posts reports inside WhatsApp. Same engine underneath, sold as an outcome instead of software.
There is no second platform. Each GHOST customer is one isolated instance of the same gateway, with its own container, credentials and data.
GHOST is live today, not a prototype: customer agents answering real WhatsApp messages, running scheduled operational jobs and writing to real spreadsheets. Running that means compute per customer, managed databases, model inference, document storage and mail integration — the part of the stack we operate so the customer does not have to.
Babuba customers run the same software on their own machines, which is why the platform is packaged as a single deployable process rather than a cloud account. Both models share one engineering team and one codebase.
We sell software the old way: you buy a licence or a subscription, you get a working system, you talk to the engineers who build it. There is no per-seat rent and no switch we can flip to turn a deployment off.
What we ask in return is that the licence is respected: no resale, no hosting it for third parties, no stripping the activation check. Those limits are in the terms, in plain language.
Licensing, deployment, migration or a technical question — write to aswin@babuba.in and an engineer replies. For GHOST, see ghostagents.in.
For how we handle personal data, see the privacy policy. For licensing terms and refunds, see terms and refunds.
